We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist who is passionate about turning ambitious ideas into places that work brilliantly for the people who use them.
You’ll work alongside architects, consultants and clients to develop coordinated technical solutions that bring our designs to life. Across projects in sport and leisure, workplace, residential, education and hospitality, you’ll help deliver buildings that are creative, practical and buildable.
This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you’ll balance multiple projects while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and maintain exceptional quality. You’ll bring a curious mindset, strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for our clients and communities.
Key Skills
We’re looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge of building design, construction and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative approach with clients, consultants and contractors
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery

Responsibilities
This role will include:
- Produce coordinated technical design information and drawing packages across RIBA Stages 3–6.
- Develop specifications, technical details, schedules and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
- Attend design team meetings, workshops, client meetings and site visits.
- Research and specify appropriate materials, systems and products.
- Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, industry standards and project requirements.
- Support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors including sport and leisure, workplace, residential, education and hospitality.
- Contribute to quality assurance and technical reviews throughout project delivery.
- Share knowledge and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- Participate in the wider life of the practice through training, design reviews and People Academy initiatives such as BIM, Sustainability, Research & Development and Quality.
