We’re always on the look out for creative and collaborative architects of various experience levels.

You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to develop thoughtful, people-centred designs that respond to context, unlock opportunities and deliver real commercial and social value. From early concepts and masterplanning through to project delivery, you’ll play a key role in bringing ambitious ideas to life.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll balance multiple projects across a range of sectors, taking ownership of design, client relationships and project coordination. You’ll bring creativity, technical understanding and a strategic mindset, helping deliver architecture that is inspiring, practical and deliverable.

  • Sound knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulations and construction

Responsibilities

This role will vary depending on experience level, but will include:

  • Develop creative architectural concepts, masterplans and design proposals across all RIBA work stages.
  • Lead the preparation of drawings, presentations, reports and visual material to communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project aspirations and develop effective design solutions.
  • Coordinate designs with internal teams, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities.
  • Contribute to design reviews, workshops and collaborative project meetings.
  • Support projects from early feasibility through planning, technical coordination and construction.
  • Produce high-quality design information using Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • Research materials, products and emerging best practice to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across projects.
  • Play an active role in the wider practice through design reviews, mentoring, training and People Academy initiatives including Sustainability, Research & Development, Technical, BIM and Culture.
