Project details

Project Dexter delivers a contemporary workplace at Harwell Campus, creating a flexible and people-focused environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and organisational identity. Developed through close engagement with key stakeholders, the project provides a high-quality workplace that reflects the organisation's culture while responding to the changing needs of modern working.

Project Dexter is a two-floor CAT-B workplace fit-out designed to create a flexible environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and day-to-day business operations. Delivered at Harwell Campus, the project was developed through an extensive stakeholder engagement process, ensuring the workplace reflected the organisation’s operational requirements while reinforcing its identity through design.

Throughout the consultancy process, careful consideration was given to how people use the workplace, creating a variety of settings that encourage collaboration, focused work and informal interaction. Colour, materials and architectural features have been used to express the organisation’s story, creating a workplace that feels distinctive while remaining practical and adaptable.

Designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent, the completed workplace balances sustainability, functionality and employee experience, providing a high-quality environment that is capable of supporting the organisation well into the future.
