Oakwell House was redeveloped to provide a new headquarters for South Yorkshire Pensions Authority, bringing staff together within a workplace designed around flexibility, collaboration and wellbeing. The refurbishment transforms a previously open-plan office into a series of well-defined work settings, including collaborative spaces, informal breakout areas, meeting rooms and dedicated focus zones.
