Located within the Jesmond Three Sixty development, AXIS transforms an existing office building into contemporary city centre apartments that respond to the changing demands of urban living.
The proposals retain and repurpose the existing structure, introducing a new architectural identity through a contemporary façade and carefully selected material palette. Internally, the building has been reconfigured to provide modern, well-designed homes that maximise natural light and create comfortable living environments within the existing footprint.
The completed development makes effective use of an existing asset while contributing to the wider regeneration of the area, creating a high-quality residential scheme that strengthens the character of Jesmond Three Sixty and its surrounding neighbourhood.
