GT3 Projects Sport & Leisure Architecture
Double Shortlisting at the BD Architect of the Year Awards 2026

We’re proud to announce that GT3 has been shortlisted in two categories at the Building Design Architect of the Year Awards 2026, recognising both the quality of our work and the culture that underpins everything we do.

This year, we’ve been shortlisted for:

  • Best Architect Employer of the Year
  • Retail and Leisure Architect of the Year

Being recognised across both practice culture and project delivery makes this achievement especially meaningful. At GT3, we’ve always believed that great architecture starts with great people. Creating an environment where our team can thrive enables us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients, communities and project partners.

Our shortlisting for Retail and Leisure Architect of the Year reflects another year of delivering projects that help people live healthier, more active lives. Working with local authorities, operators and contractors across the UK, we’ve continued to create leisure facilities that place community wellbeing, sustainability and long-term value at the heart of every design.

Equally, being recognised as a contender for Best Architect Employer of the Year is a reflection of the culture we’ve built together. We remain committed to supporting our people through collaboration, professional development, wellbeing and opportunities to grow, creating a workplace where talented individuals can do their best work.

These nominations wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients and the support of the many consultants, contractors and collaborators we work alongside on projects across the country.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has contributed to this achievement and would also like to congratulate all of this year’s shortlisted practices.

We look forward to celebrating with our peers when the winners are announced in October.
