GT3 Supports Nottingham Hot Property 2026 and Helps Raise £37,500 for BASE 51
24 Jul 2026
Last week, members of the GT3 team were proud to attend and support Nottingham Hot Property 2026, joining colleagues, clients and industry partners for an evening that celebrated the strength of the region’s property community while raising vital funds for charity.
Held annually in Nottingham, the event brings together professionals from across the property and construction sector for an evening of entertainment, networking and fundraising, all in support of a chosen local cause. This year’s event once again demonstrated the generosity of the industry, with an incredible £37,500 raised for BASE 51.

BASE 51 provides essential support for children and young people across Nottingham, offering services that help improve wellbeing, build resilience and create brighter futures. The funds raised through Nottingham Hot Property 2026 will help the charity continue delivering this important work within the local community.
The evening also saw three members of the GT3 team take to the stage. Matt McCreith, Joseph Haywood and Jade Betts proudly represented the practice, helping make the event another memorable success while showing that collaboration extends far beyond the workplace

Events such as Nottingham Hot Property highlight the positive impact that can be achieved when businesses come together with a shared purpose. Alongside celebrating the strength of the property sector, the evening demonstrated how collective action can make a meaningful difference to the communities in which we live and work.

A huge thank you goes to everyone involved in organising, sponsoring, performing at and attending this year’s event. It was a fantastic evening and we’re proud to have been part of it.
We look forward to supporting future events that continue to bring people together and create lasting positive impact.
