Masterplan for residential and leisure facilities adjacent to the existing Wynyard Golf Club. The scheme provides a design for a development of 14 luxury apartment buildings along boulevard, set within formal and woodland gardens. A new Country club links in with the existing golf club to provide spa and leisure facilities and a design to refurbish existing maintenance buildings to provide a local leisure and community hub.
