Designed to stimulate debate.
We were commissioned by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to create a bold, ambitious and challenging masterplan that would stimulate healthy debate about the future of the town centre and its immediate environment. The masterplan includes 3 principal sites – The Town Centre, Coatham Links and Warrenby Park.
We were challenged to leverage the natural assets of the town and to use a number of recent developments as a catalyst for the next generation of projects.
