Hurworth housing.
Hurworth-on-Tees is a village in the borough of Darlington in Country Durham. We were commissioned to deliver a residential masterplan that would help to enhance the area which was characterised by a mix of historic houses and cottages of varying size and scale.
Our proposal for a ‘Green Corridor’ created an organic green space running through the spine of a new development with small cul-de-sacs running from it.
