Workplace Overview

We’ve designed and delivered a number of major, award-winning commissions in the public and private sector, for developers and occupiers and ranging from corporate headquarters, civic centres and town halls to incubator hubs and bespoke fit-out projects. These include new-build and refurbishment projects, working with listed buildings and projects with values from £250,000 up to £30M.

Our skills in this sector include strategic masterplanning, architecture and interior design. Further, our workplace consultancy services give us an in-depth insight into the strategic and specific needs of different user-groups within the business.

Office & Workplace Architects

We are long-standing members of the British Council for Offices, we regularly attend industry seminars and we contribute to research and development in this field. We have particular interest in evidence-based design and psychology in the workplace and we regularly collaborate with others in the sector on industry research projects. We recently studied the impact of the workplace on introverts and extroverts and how design can support chance encounters. Both subjects have direct relevance to clients who want to use a new workplace as a catalyst to change culture, break down organisational barriers and to foster collaboration and creativity.
