Jesmond Three Sixty

The site in Jesmond forms part of a prominent gateway into Newcastle City Centre and was originally comprehensively developed as a workplace destination in the mid 1970s.

Our proposed masterplan aims to re-connect the island site with the wider, urban fabric of the City through the use of both bold new-build elements and comprehensive redevelopment of existing buildings.

Our designs complement the existing range of bars and restaurants with the delivery of a new, 4-star hotel, residential tower, apartment blocks and multi-storey car park, all of which will be bound together through a range of public realm improvements.
