After a rigorous application process lasting over 18 months, +3 Architecture are part of the development team that has been awarded the Middlesbrough super-casino licence. The licence is one of only 8 permitted in the UK and will act as the catalyst for a wider £30M entertainment complex that will include 2 hotels, banqueting and conference facilities, restaurants, retail and car parking, all designed and masterplanned by +3 Architecture.

Located in the heart of Middlesbrough Town Centre, this major urban regeneration project involves the redevelopment of a low-density, brownfield site and the comprehensive refurbishment of a vacant, 11-storey office building and will generate up to 300 jobs.
