January 2014 – ‘Welcome to Wellbeing’

Our consultancy work in the field of organizational performance is gaining traction in the health sector with a strategic commission from Newcastle NHS Trust to consolidate 1,200 administration staff into a new office building in Newcastle. A rigorous engagement strategy has enabled us to understand what staff do, how they do it and the range of spaces they need to perform at their best. Our design concept builds on this evidence-base with a vision to create a healthy office for healthcare workers.
